If you would like to travel to the US and live outside the United States you have to apply to the consulate for a tourist visa. The amount of time allowed for travelers from other countries varies. You must also go though the visa process for an immigration travel. However, if you are in the US, most major airports have flights to San Diego and I do suggest using the San Diego “Go Pass” which you may purchase online to help with the costs of many interesting amusements fee.

Looked at this travel, great info, it is crying shame you guys in Calif. are debt broke from ignoring lifes economic reality.
