Great instructions! I have been told that you do not need to install a blocking diode/panel when you have a charge controller, it is stalled within the controller. Is this true?

Firstly, thank you for your generous effort providing valuable information to people like me to at least understand how to tap energy from the sun. I ‘ve been hunting for this information for quite some time and finally you guys come out with this guide. Bravo….. !
Secondly, I found that your written guide / manual are although simple with diagram/picture illustration, however, the materials that you recommended are not easy to get in my location / place. Could it be that the name / description of the materials is not in the same terminology. Any suggestion that how and where I could obtained those meterials with minimal cost.
